Can we just talk for a second about how adorable this stamp set is? I instantly thought of Jonny when I saw it in Stampin' Up!'s Occasions Catalog. I mean, Jonny doesn't cut down trees for wood often (or at all, really), but he does have a red flannel, cap and a nice beard. ;)
It took me a little while to get a bunch of these guys colored and cut. But I just love how they turned out! I used a kraft card base and Lawn Fawn's Into The Woods paper as the background. I stamped the wood grain stamp on Lucky Lineage paper to add more design to the card.
In the Occasions Catalog, I loved how they designed the sample card and it inspired my layout. To go with the woodsy theme, I also used wood grain Washi tape and wood grain sequins. So fun!
I hope you liked how this card turned out as much as I do! They're ready to be mailed out for Valentines this year.
I still plan to make at least one more for the baby. :) I put her cards in her scrapbook! What are your Valentines this year?
