In case you missed it, I shared on Monday on my Facebook page that I started my "10 Weeks No Excuses" commitment to myself. The next two months are going to be filled with holidays, food, family, friends, food, shopping, making Christmas cards and gifts, food... And with the average weight gain of 7-12 pounds during the holiday season, I refuse to be a part of that statistic.
I'm taking this holiday and removing any excuses. Sure, there will be holiday parties and family gatherings and I will definitely take part in those celebrations (and food). But that doesn't mean I can skip a workout or blow my meal plan for a week (you know what I'm talking about).
So, I'm asking you to keep me accountable! From now to January, I'll be doing Shaun T's FOCUS T25 to keep on top of my health & fitness goals. There will be no need to have a New Year's resolution because I'll be consistently working on creating a more fit and healthier lifestyle by then. ;)
