September was rocky. I started out great, but weekends have always been hard for me. I would get a little behind in workouts but I made them up by doubling down on days my body could take it (thank you Recover!) but my eating was not on track. I maintained this past month but I could definitely tell my strength has increased and I'm down a size so I know my inches have decreased. :)
