Continuing my adventures of the CHA Mega Show Floor... I was completely in heaven with all of the wonderful designers who attended CHA! It was so neat to meet Amy Tan and see her upcoming product for her Amy Tangerine line (all so super cute). Plus I met the famous Jack from all her super cute Instagram pictures. :) On the other side of Amy's part of the American Crafts booth was Elizabeth Kartchner of Dear Lizzy! Her new Day Dreamer line is super cute - especially the collaboration with Project Life! EEK! Must have!
Speaking of Project Life... I lingered around and met Becky Higgins! I'm such a fan of Project Life, it was cool to talk with her a bit. I was with a couple other ladies from Stamp Fever and we're excited to get some PL items that are exclusive to local scrapbook stores (like the Coral line) for Stamp Fever!
The rest of my day was spent wandering around (I was getting tired and therefore a lot less photos being taken) and trying to find new companies that would be fun to have in the store. There was a whole section dedicated to first time companies at CHA and that's were I spotted Avery Elle! I love Jamie's stamps and I think she was shocked I wanted a photo with her. :) But I'm such a fan girl, I had to! She had her new inks out for testing and I'm a fan. They work GREAT with photopolymer.
Also while wandering around the Show Floor, I spotted Amber from Damask Love and stopped her to let her know I'm a huge fan of her blog - she has such amazing ideas and inspiration - and I snapped a quick photo! But by then my poor pregnant feet were done and it was time to go for the day.
So I may have totally swiped this idea from my pal Cathy, but I'm thrilled that all the lovely designers I met today signed a PL card for me to add with my photos! It's such an awesome idea. I can't wait to do this with Abby when she starts going to Disneyland and wanting to meet characters. It's brilliant.
I'll be back tomorrow to share the little bit of fun I had on Sunday (I wore myself out on Saturday and was only at CHA for a couple hours today).
