Don't look at the stains on the table. I took this photo in the lab at work and my desk is kinda dirty. That's what I get for realizing I forgot to take a nice photo at home and your cousin is coming to pick up the scrapbook page any minute. Oh well. You may not have even noticed. Right?
My cousin is going to a baby shower this weekend for another cousin of hers and the hostess asked if everyone could bring a scrapbook page to give to the mother-to-be and baby. She gave me three photos of her and her cousins (so cute, right?) and I created this page for her.
I've been loving the white base cardstock for scrapbook pages so I started off with that. The photos are trimmed 3x3" and spaced 1/8" from each other. The pieces of patterned paper are cut 9-1/4" long at various widths for layering. I cut some circles out from the patterned paper set, too. After that I glued and stuck on various embellishments and finished it off with some Color Shine mists.
The page turned out pretty darn cute and I left her some room for journaling on the pink patterned paper.
Do you like the white base scrapbooking? Is there another color that's your favorite right now to scrapbook with?
