Do you make cards where you don't even have a stamped image? When you have dies and printed paper, there can be enough images on the card where a stamp may not fit in. For this card, you can definitely replace the bat die cut with an image, but I like how it it's simple and has enough with the googly eyes from the Spooky Prints paper pack.
For the watercolor look on the background piece, I used the largest clear block I had (like TO-0079), sprinkled some Electric Lime on it, spritzed some water and then rocked the block around until the color spread across the block. I laid the Color Splash sheet on top and pressed on the paper to allow the whole sheet to soak up the ink and water. Then I lifted it up slowly and let dry. Sometimes there may be a lack of color on part of the paper, just rotate it and press against the block again.
To create the layered look on the printed paper, spritz both sides with water. Not too much to make it soggy, but enough that it makes the paper pliable to fold it back and forth like ribbon! Set it aside and it dies pretty quickly.
I really like how easy this card is to make but still has a lot of element! Especially that bat that is just soaked with Journey Glaze. :)
