I don't have any Lawn Fawn inspiration ready for you this week so I thought I'd show you how I'm currently storing my Lawn Fawn stamps and dies. Above is a box I bought at Target with a fun pattern that I don't get to see unless I pull it out because it's hiding in my closet so baby drool and tiny bite marks from a single tooth don't find their way on them.
Each set (or two depending on the size) has its own storage pocket that I bought from Avery Elle. I love those pockets. They're sturdy enough that you don't have to worry about ripping them, yet pliable and easy to use.
Jonny bought me a label maker for Christmas so I add a label that says "Lawn Fawn" and the name of the stamp. I'm hoping to one day change all my photopolymer stamps to this storage system so I'm making sure to include the company name. I thought about adding different "tags" to them (like Christmas, birthday, sentiments, etc.) but decided not to for now. I thought it would be handy if I have a certain theme of a project, I can flip through and pull out stamps with the same tag.
In each pocket I have the stamp set with its corresponding dies on a piece of cardstock with magnet strips. I have a huge roll of magnet strip and I thought I'd put it to good use with scraps of paper from my reception invitations. :) I also include any masking stickers of the stamps so I don't have to make them when I need them again.
I'd love to know if you have a similar storage system or if you do something different! I'm always looking for fun, easy and pretty looking storage ideas.
