Last month at the Make & Take Club we made some awesome masculine cards. We made two cards using a distressing techniques to create scenic or "realistic" cards. I made one a birthday card and the other a Father's Day card.
The first card we masked with ripped paper to create this first beach scene. The second cards we created the same scene but with an oval as a mask to create two different looks with the same theme and techniques.
The third card I designed using the cute sailor themed stamps and paper. I think this would be a cute card coming from a kid or to a kid. It was a basic card since the other two took a little extra skill and time. The edges of the papers are distressed to keep with the theme of the workshop.
This month we are having our Make & Take Club Third Annual Mystery Hostess Party! It's this upcoming Saturday; we will have snacks, a free make & take and prizes! Head to our website to RSVP to come. :)
