Eek! Lots of photos today. I thought I had done a better job at narrowing down and spreading the photos between Monday's post and today's post. Oh well. Days 3 & 4 were on Friday and Saturday.
Friday morning we got up SO EARLY to wait for CIZE with Shaun T himself! I got there pretty darn early and was already halfway back in the big ballroom the workout was being held. It was so awesome to workout with him live, even if I was pretty far away.
On Friday and Saturday we had guest speakers and workshops (the top photo is one of the speakers we had and the photo above is from a workshop). It's like a leadership conference for Coaches. However, there were still speakers who were so motivational for any aspect of your life - Chalene Johnson, Simon Sinek and Dewitt Jones were amazing!
The most intense part of the Summit was the SUPER WORKOUT. Each trainer gave us a 15 minute or so workout from one of their programs - Sagi Kalev from Body Beast, Tony Horton from P90, Chalene Johnson from PiYo, Autumn Calabrese from 21 Day Fix Extreme and Shaun T from Insanity: Max 30. It's so awesome to think I did a workout with each of the big celebrity trainers from Beachbody right now!
It was such an amazing experience and even though I never did get to bump into Shaun T (other than his poster), it was some of the most fun I've had working out and learning at the same time. I cannot WAIT to go next year! And you should totally come with me! ;)
