Guys, it's November. I don't even know where October went! So much happened - my birthday, anniversary, family visiting - it just seem to flew by! Did you have a fun Halloween? We dressed up the baby, but she's too small to go trick-or-treating so we went to the mall (have you guys seen the new store UNIQLO?) and visited with family. It was a nice Friday Halloween if I say so myself. :) So, I'm adjusting my focus to get on holiday mode now. Especially since we have a few family gifts we need to make. Jonny's tradition is to make something edible (last year was vanilla) and mine is to make ornaments (year one and year two). I've been keeping my eye out for some ideas and along the way created my November Wish List. I've got Christmas and Thanksgiving definitely on the mind. I just love my wreath and how easy it was to make so I really want to get my hands on these adorable felt trees by Apostrophe S! They will look perfect on the dining room table or scattered throughout the living room. I think another craft night needs to be planned...
Going back to Christmas craft planning, packaging Jonny's creations is always assigned to me. These cute boxes from Stampin' Up! will be perfect. Once he has planned how much of his treat he'll be making, I'll make sure it'll fit and get them ordered! Okay. Thanksgiving. I plan to get started on these cards now so I have lots of room for Christmas card making. I only make a handful of Thanksgiving cards, but Christmas is usually around 100. YIKES. So, I love how easy Lawn Fawn's Fawndamental Notecards make cards easy. They're super cute, cut, scored and ready to go. Plus, the notecards go perfectly with their Sweater Weather stamp set. I did get the matching patterned paper after all... I should just complete my set, right? But I'm also in love with Chickaniddy's Scrumptious line... What's a girl to do? Get them both? ;) What's on your wish list this month? Let me know in the comments! I'm always on the look out for great holiday products! xo. Lauren
